JOB DESCRIPTION
Evangel exists to connect real people to a real God. We are one church in multiple locations including campuses in Bismarck Garrison Online and more to come! The church is about one person Jesus but it is composed of many different kinds of people and we are always looking for quality people to join the team.
Position Summary
Provide support to the Dickinson Campus by helping administrate the tasks of the Dickinson campus on Sundays and throughout the week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Discipleship
- Oversee the onboarding and training process for new Welcome Team Dream Team members.
- Coordinate weekly needs for Welcome Teams such as scheduling resourcing Dream Team Central etc.
- Coordinate the organization and planning of Discover and baptisms.
- Assist with the guest follow up of new guests and regular attenders.
- Provide administrative support to Campus pastor.
- Lead the administrative responsibilities for the campus at large.
Administrative Duties

Additional Campus Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and key weekends.
- Be adaptable to help support in the lobby and eKids on Sunday mornings when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Be a dedicated follower of Jesus and an active Evangel attender
- Attend weekly leadership and staff meetings
- Computer proficiency: Apple platform Google Workspace Slack Task Management tools
- Strong team leadership and people skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

About Evangel
Evangel was started in 1928 because two brothers had a passion to reach the community of Bismarck for Jesus. Through the years Evangel has grown into a church with a regular weekend attendance that surpasses 3000 people joining across all its campuses. The church is served by a dynamic group of Elders and church staff who give direction and oversight to the church. While Evangels broadcast location remains in Bismarck the vision is regional in nature and people are being reached all across the upper Midwest and beyond!
