RB1 Summary: First and foremost it is your responsibility to excel in teller transactions and service delivery highlighting top-notch customer care. Furthermore you should be adept at recognizing opportunities to promote bank products and services that improve customers financial health.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service
Warmly Greet (within 3 seconds of entry) and assist customers to understand their need and recommend relevant solutions.
Follow-up with customers promptly and when promised assisting them in navigating any service challenge and then share what you learned for the benefit of others.
Fully Understand bank products and services
Take ownership over the physical appearance of your branch and workspace
Lifelong Relationships
Engage in intentional conversation based of the three Ps: Personal Professional and Play.
Meeting customers where they are absent of judgment and shame.
Learner Mindset vs. Knower Mindset.
Promptly Answer telephone (less than 3 rings) and address or escalate inquiries as needed.
Deliver on departments KPIs
Operational Excellence
Proficient in teller transactions and servicing while showing best in class customer service.
Balancing and accuracy while completing customer deposits withdrawals and transfers.
Monthly/quarterly rotating operational tasks
Accurately filling out tickets to ensure efficiency for customers both internal and external.
Master opening and closing procedures including dual control.
Shows eagerness and capacity to learn new methods procedures and techniques.
Ability to identify opportunities for bank products and services to enhance customers financial wellbeing.
All other tasks as assigned.
