What You Will Do:
- Make Readies- Executes 3-6 day turns (basic repairs plumbing electric painting etc.) in a quality and timely manner.
- Resident Service Requests and General Maintenance- Completes service requests and general maintenance to include but not limited to responding diagnosing requesting parts and establishing a timeframe for completion within 24 hours.
- Asset Preservation- Maintains daily awareness of the condition of the property and proactively reports physical maintenance problems safety hazards potential liability issues and resident violations to the Maintenance Manager or Community Director.
What You Will Bring:
- A valid drivers license is required as driving is an essential job function and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g. ride-hailing carpooling bicycling walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within equivalent travel time or cost.
- Experience with plumbing appliances and HVAC strongly preferred.
- Residential maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
Our Compensation Philosophy:
The compensation range for this position is $23 - $28/hr. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience of the candidate. Fentons goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach.
