McDonald CDJR is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our Clare Michigan location. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the dealership and provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.
- Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls direct calls to the appropriate department and take messages
- Provide helpful and accurate information regarding the dealership
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $13 to $15 per hour based on experience.
