Position Summary:

• Assist with the overall upkeep and cleanliness of guest floors public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests such as linen delivery guest room setups and removal of items
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area to assist guests and exceed their expectations
• Support the timely turnover of guest rooms by delivering supplies removing soiled linens and assisting Room Attendants as needed
• Ensure all equipment and housekeeping tools are well-maintained and stored properly
• Maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all assigned areas with a strong attention to detail
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
• Help create memorable guest experiences through prompt service and a commitment to our legendary standards

About You:

• Experience in housekeeping at 5-star hotels or luxury properties
• Skilled in linen and stock distribution
• Self-driven motivated and organized
• Reliable in following through on guest and internal requests
• Strong communication skills
• Physically able to meet job demands
• Able to work independently and on rotating AM/PM shifts
• Holds full working rights in Australia
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with a positive can-do attitude
