Job Title: Camunda 8.7 Sr. Consultant
Location: Newark NJ (Hybrid need from nearby locations)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Summary:
We are seeking a Camunda 8.7 Senior Consultant to lead the design and deployment of BPM solutions within the financial services sector. The role focuses on implementing Camunda 8.7 on AWS EKS automating core financial processes (KYC onboarding loan workflows) and integrating with AWS services and enterprise systems. Candidates must have strong experience with BPMN/DMN cloud-native deployments and stakeholder collaboration. Prior experience in banking insurance or fintech environments is essential.
Key Highlights:
- Lead Camunda 8.7 deployments on AWS EKS from architecture to compliance
- Design & implement workflow automation for KYC loan processing onboarding and more
- Integrate with AWS services (S3 Lambda RDS IAM) and legacy financial systems
- Support production management monitoring and enablement of client teams
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to drive transformation in banking fintech and insurance sectors
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Camunda 8.x (especially 8.7) BPMN/DMN
- Hands-on AWS EKS Kubernetes Docker and cloud security
- Java or similar for custom integration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Migration experience from Camunda 7 to 8.x
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: AML/KYC GDPR
- Familiarity with CI/CD REST APIs event-driven architecture
