Hybrid Schedule - the bank requires 4 days a week but this team is flexible (2-3 days) But overall need someone that doesnt have a problem being onsite.

The IT Program Governance project management team consists of 8 Project Managers. Project Managers primarily work independently of each other with their respective project teams.

What would a day in the life of this role look like
Core project management activities include developing and maintaining the project plan/schedule hosting meetings and taking/distributing notes and action items maintaining project governance adherence managing risks and issues and facilitating collaboration and communication with the project team and stakeholders.
What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager
This role will work closely with their project teams and project stakeholders.
What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months
Learn about assigned project(s) how project work is executed at the Bank (IT Governance) get to know the project team and stakeholders and begin building a plan of action.
What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role
Keeping the project team aligned to the plan and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
