Job Description
Location: hybrid in Wilmington DE
Duration: 6 months
Visa: gc or citizens
Ability to work with team members having diverse Agile maturity levels
Flexibility to work across various technologies
Strong influential ability
Availability for early hours on some days if needed
Bachelors degree and minimum of 4 years experience as an agile team member including 2 years as a Scrum Master OR
In lieu of a degree 8 years combined education and experience including 4 years on agile teams and 2 years as a Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of at least two tech roles (PM UX BA developer QA etc.)
Experience leading self-organizing and continuously improving teams
Agile/Lean principles knowledge
Experience in digital capabilities and Design Thinking
