RN Ortho Neuro Telemetry (Permanent Role)

Location: Fort Worth TX 76104
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and neuro/ortho care
• Administer medications treatments and interventions based on care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions treatments and ongoing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and standards
• Uphold patient safety and quality standards

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN Registered Nurse License (Texas state)
• BLS Basic Life Support (Must obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Strong clinical assessment communication and critical thinking skills
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required
