Job Description
Location: Burlington MA 01805
Shift: Day Shift (4x10s) 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Duration: 13-weeks contract
Weekly Pay: $3000 $3200
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Deliver safe high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.
- Perform all roles in the Cath Lab including sedation monitor circulator and scrub.
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures such as:
- Diagnostic caths
- Percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
- Rotablator
- Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS)
- Fractional flow reserve (FFR)
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Operate and assist with advanced cardiac devices such as:
- IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
- Impella
- ECMO (preferred)
- Monitor patients condition during and after procedures intervening as necessary.
- Ensure patient safety and procedural documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent cardiac cases

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)-required
Experience:
- Recent Cath Lab RN experience required (ideally 3-5 years minimum)
- ICU or ED background preferred
- EP Lab experience preferred but not required
- IABP and Impella experience required
- ECMO experience preferred
- Experience in all Cath Lab and/or EP roles highly preferred (sedation monitor circulator and scrub roles)
Licensure/Certifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN License required
- BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) required
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) preferred
