This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity — ideal for someone ready to apply their professional skills in a new way while helping others navigate change develop confidence and explore self-employment options in the personal development space.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Career Transition Mentor youll guide individuals who are exploring a shift in career direction or lifestyle. Your role is to support them as they evaluate if our proven education-based model aligns with their goals.
Your key activities will include:
- Hosting structured conversations (via Zoom or phone) with individuals exploring career change or flexible business opportunities
- Sharing access to our digital platforms personal growth programs and professional tools
- Mentoring aligned individuals through the early stages of their transition
- Participating in weekly professional development calls and strategy sessions
- Using your experience to expand your own reach while empowering others to take control of their future

Youll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 5 years of experience in coaching consulting business development leadership HR education or related fields
- Communicate with confidence clarity and empathy
- Are driven proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Are comfortable with platforms like LinkedIn Zoom Google Workspace etc.
- Have an interest in personal development and a passion for helping others grow
- Are exploring a change yourself — and want your work to feel more aligned with who you are
