Job Description
Role: PowerApps Training & Mentorship
Duration: 6 Weeks (Onsite Full-Time)
Location Options (Onsite Only):

2 Positions in San Antonio TX

2 Positions in Lexington KY
Schedule:
-
Onsite Monday to Friday each week
-
Travel on Sunday night return Friday night
Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced PowerApps professionals to deliver hands-on training and mentorship to internal teams. This is a client-facing role requiring a strong command of Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate and Power BI) excellent communication skills and a passion for upskilling teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured PowerApps training to small groups or individuals

Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance on Power Platform best practices

Assist teams in developing use-case-driven apps and workflows

Customize content to suit different skill levels (beginner to intermediate)

Troubleshoot real-time issues and guide learners through hands-on labs

Offer feedback and document progress
Required Skills:
-
Proven expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate Power BI)

Experience conducting live training or mentorship

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to simplify technical concepts
-
Prior consulting or client-facing experience is preferred
