Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst to lead the optimization and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Field Service across our global organization. This high-impact role involves platform ownership user engagement and strategic alignment with business goals to maximize the value of our CRM investment. The ideal candidate will blend functional expertise with cross-functional leadership and digital transformation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define strategic roadmaps and drive business outcomes.
- Champion user adoption through training change management and support for internal sales and service teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to ensure continuous platform improvement.
- Coordinate with IT development teams and Microsoft partners for seamless solution delivery.
- Support release planning feature prioritization and business process alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including Sales and Field Service modules.
- Strong background in platform strategy business process optimization and user enablement.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders drive adoption and deliver measurable CRM outcomes.
- Experience in enterprise B2B environments; industrial sector experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile Lean and change management practices.
