Job Description
Job title Sr. Developer / Sr. Engineer (Telecom System Integration)
Location USA (Remote)
Skill: Twilio Experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and debug robust applications and system components aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders product owners and feature teams to refine requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical strategies recommending alternative approaches to meet aggressive timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate code quality and maintain best practices.
- Drive operational excellence by building deploying monitoring and supporting production services.
- Communicate effectively across technical and business teams ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field; or 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- 2 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle within agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Unified Communications integrations including chat video and reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following: JavaScript ReactJS Python HTML/CSS Twilio CVP Call Studio / ICM Scripting CVP Call Studio / ICM Scripting Applications Development SQL AI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and collaboration.
