Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Sunrise FL (Local candidates preferred Fort Lauderdale area)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Program Manager to lead incident resolution cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and open-source technologies combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for issue and incident management ensuring rapid and professional response to high-severity situations
- Collaborate with technology teams product owners and other stakeholders to analyze and resolve technical and operational issues
- Drive end-to-end resolution by coordinating with technology partners ensuring accountability and timely closure
- Provide structured updates on issue status to leadership and key stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
- Facilitate cross-team coordination remove obstacles and maintain momentum on incident resolution
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to preventive strategies for recurring issues
- Support continuous operational improvement and long-term reliability planning
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Java and open-source technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design reliable scalable solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and software development practices
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations issue tracking and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Must be local to the Sunrise/Fort Lauderdale FL area
