Job Description
Position: Physician
Schedule: 3 Days onsite and 2 days remote

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Certifications & License:
Years of Experience: MOLD and Functional Medicine Physician
General Qualifications
Board Certification in Functional Medicine (IFM A4M or similar preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional medicine practice
Experience with complex chronic illnesses
Familiarity with both conventional and integrative lab testing
