Job Title: Physician Functional & Integrative Medicine
Location: Multiple Locations (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Physician to join our team across multiple locations. This hybrid role combines in-person care with remote flexibility focusing on treating complex chronic conditions using a personalized integrative approach.
Minimum Requirements:

Board Certification in Functional Medicine (IFM A4M or similar preferred)

Medical degree with active licensure

Minimum 5 years of experience in functional medicine practice

Proficiency in managing complex chronic illnesses

Knowledge of both conventional and integrative lab testing
