Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Design develop and demonstrate product applications that meet client specifications.
Conduct product trials testing and validation to ensure functional integration with client systems.
Support product launches and provide technical training to clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation including application notes user manuals and configuration guides.
Provide post-sales technical support troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaise with the R&D/product teams for custom solutions modifications or enhancements based on client feedback.
Analyze application performance and provide optimization recommendations.
Participate in customer meetings trade shows and industry seminars as a technical representative.
Maintain an updated understanding of industry trends competitive products and emerging technologies.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Electronics Computer Science or related fields).
Master s degree is an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge in domain-specific software/hardware e.g. CAD PLCs embedded systems cloud platforms etc..
Hands-on experience with system integration product testing or application development.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service and support.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
