Job Description

Are you a data-driven digital media whiz with a knack for uncovering insights Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact Then this role is for you. This is a coverage role for a lead member of the team during her maternity leave with a few weeks of overlap for training and handover. The team is comprised of 4 other individuals and this role is an individual contributor position.

  • Compensation: $55/hour
  • Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for 2-3 months of extension!)
  • Location: Fully Remote (Central/Eastern Time Zone preferred)
  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

  • Master the Metrics: Implement and manage our digital media measurement strategy ensuring data integrity across all platforms. Collaborate with the Ad Ops team for seamless tracking.
  • Become the Reporting Rockstar: Own the full-funnel digital media performance reporting and analysis. Create compelling visualizations that tell a story.
  • Uncover Actionable Insights: Partner with digital strategy and channel teams to translate data into actionable recommendations for media optimization.
  • Become the Go-To Expert: Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on digital media performance analytics and related tools.
  • Cross-Channel Maestro: Conduct cross-channel measurement to evaluate and refine activities including A/B testing conversion lift studies and in-depth analysis.
  • Customer Journey Champion: Analyze customer journeys and data signals across the customer lifecycle to inform audience targeting and media flighting.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with a team of talented individuals contributing to team initiatives related to paid and earned media reporting.
  • Onboarding Expert: Onboard and collaborate with our MMA/MDA partner leveraging their expertise to enhance our capabilities.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Demonstrate curiosity proactively identify data anomalies and conduct thorough QA before sharing reports.

Qualifications :

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel Pivot Tables Tableau dashboard creation and maintenance Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics Campaign Manager Google Ads Search Ads 360) and other data visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Power BI). Deep familiarity with paid digital reporting platforms (Display Programmatic SEM Video Social). Working knowledge of media data ETL processes and programming languages (SQL SAS Python) is a plus. Experience with Google BigQuery is highly desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial industry (banking credit cards lending) is a plus but not required. Familiarity with MMM & MTA solutions is also beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills strong attention to detail strong analytical skills ability to work independently and as part of a team strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to confidently present findings to stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in an agency environment is a plus. Basic understanding of Yahoo DSP and Amazon DSP is beneficial.
