Job Description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

SG 11

We are seeking a Senior Regional IT Infrastructure Coordinator to lead and support IT infrastructure initiatives across our regional locations. This critical role ensures the delivery of high-quality infrastructure services while maintaining alignment with corporate policies standards and strategic goals. The Coordinator will work closely with the Tires Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams as well as with the other regional Coordinators to drive consistency compliance and operational efficiency across the organization.

Consulting & Demand Management:

Provide technical consultation on infrastructure standards optimization and service design
Collaborate with the central Infrastructure Competence Center (CC) to manage global and local demand
Track and support location-specific infrastructure solutions (i.e. Meraki Starlink for remote/small sites)
Align with other regional Infrastructure Coordinators and consolidate local requirements

Quality & Compliance:

Perform technical analysis and follow up on assessments (e.g. DS/TMES Regional Distributor Centers)
Support infrastructure standardization and ensure deployment of approved designs
Organize training sessions and open calls with CC Infrastructure specialists
Communicate policies and standards within the local Tire IT community
Collaborate with Regional MTE representatives

Service & Process Optimization:

Work with global and local IT teams to improve infrastructure services and end-to-end processes
Manage escalations with internal teams and external providers
Promote the use of new technologies and facilitate best practice sharing across locations

Provider Management:

Coordinate communication with vendors and service providers
Support product/service selection and manage escalations as needed

Project Management:

Lead and support regional infrastructure projects from planning to implementation
Assist local projects in identifying assessing and mitigating infrastructure risks
Participate in global Tire infrastructure initiatives


Qualifications :

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelors degree (B.A. B.S.) in Computer Science or similar I.T. discipline and minimum 5 years of related work experience OR 10 years related work experience if no Bachelors Degree
  • Network Infrastructure and Technologies
  • Server & DC Infrastructure and Technologies
  • Client & Office 365 Infrastructure and Technologies
  • Broad Cybersecurity Knowledge/Know-how
  • Project Management methodology
  • IT Service Management
  • Communication and Presentation skills
