Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production IT Manager Full Time Permanent Chicago IL - Remote for one of our clients.
Requirement: Production IT Manager Strong Insurance Domain and Azure experience

Job Description:
NOTE: CLIENT need insurance experience and will need experience in Change Management specifically in Azure
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or related field
- 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a change management role
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and administration
- 2 years of change management or release management experience in a development environment
- Experience managing relationships with MSPs or other IT service providers
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure security and service management
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with Azure DevOps Git PowerShell ARM (Azure Resource Manager)
- Experience with SOC 2 Type II ISO 27001 GDPR and CIS Controls v8 frameworks including the ability to integrate compliance requirements into change management processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
