What Youll Do as a Fryer Operator
- Start operate and stop machinery that blanches dries fries and freezes potato products.
- Keep accurate and legible production reports.
- Conduct product quality tests and enter data into our Infinity database.
- Adjust blancher dryer and fryer temperatures and water/oil depths to ensure top-quality products.
- Clean and sanitize equipment regularly and during scheduled downtime.
- Communicate with production supervisors about any conditions affecting finished products.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 months of related experience or a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to obtain Forklift Certification (we provide training if needed).
- A positive attitude attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
Physical Demands
- Constant:Standing walking and reaching with hands and arms.
- Frequent:Using hands to handle or feel stooping kneeling crouching crawling and communicating.
- Regular:Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional:Sitting climbing balancing tasting and smelling.
