Job Description
- Bachelors degree and/or advanced degree.
- 15 years or more experience in security law enforcement intelligence or similar fields.
- 5 years or more experience leading and managing teams.
- Conversant with SW and AI/ML models concepts and limitations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally.
- Proven experience working on complex international large-scale time-critical projects with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities. Demonstrable negotiating skills and ability to navigate big picture and small details.
- Proactively identify prioritize and drive mitigations for potential pre-announce exposures and rigorously debate countermeasures if any for residual risks.
- Proven success partnering cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong understanding of data protection access controls and security processes related to information confidentiality and disclosure.
- Expertise managing the entire lifecycle of a program from planning to execution and driving continuous improvements.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and distill revenant information for the right audience.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking abilities creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies with a strong aptitude for technical solutions.
