Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Corcoran California
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $88.86 - $90.86 per hour
Position Overview
A contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in a secure clinical environment in Corcoran CA. This full-time role offers the potential for contract extension or transition to a permanent state position with comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled workdays for emergency mental health needs
- Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments and gather comprehensive health histories
- Identify and document patient needs diagnoses and treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions using advanced clinical skills and specialty knowledge
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and ensure documentation is compliant
- Follow up on patient calls and manage care coordination including referrals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians psychiatrists and support teams to provide integrated care
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years
- Licensure: Active California LCSW license (hard copy required)
- BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Identification: Valid photo ID Drivers License or Passport
