Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Stockton California
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6 months with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $88.86 - $90.86 per hour
Position Overview
A contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide essential mental health services in a secure clinical setting in Stockton CA. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled work shifts for patient emergencies
- Conduct patient interviews and psychosocial assessments to gather health history
- Identify actual and potential diagnoses and develop individualized care plans
- Apply advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in planning and executing behavioral health interventions
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in line with compliance standards
- Ensure follow-up care is coordinated and patient inquiries are addressed promptly
- Collaborate with physicians psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12 continuous months providing direct patient care within the past 3 years
- Licensure: Valid California LCSW license (hard copy required)
- Certification: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
- Identification: Valid photo ID Drivers License or Passport
