Field Service Engineer
Location: South England (ideal for candidates based near M3/M4 corridors Hampshire Surrey Berkshire)
Salary:per year (DOE) Bonus Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site preventative maintenance and servicing of medical equipment across General Practice Surgeries in the South of England for one of our clients. This is a field-based role that will suit someone technically minded highly organised and confident in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM testing on a range of medical equipment including:
- ECG machines
- Defibrillators
- Pulse oximeters
- Blood pressure monitors
- Spirometers
- Nebulizers
- Medical scales
- Interact professionally with GP surgery staff and ensure a high standard of customer service
- Manage your own schedule and documentation in a timely and organised manner
- Be flexible with working hours and willing to stay away from home midweek on occasion
What Were Looking For
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable travelling regularly across the South of England
- Willing to adapt to the demands of a busy and varied work environment
Qualifications & Experience
- No prior experience required full training provided
- Technical knowledge of medical or electrical equipment is an advantage
- Ideally qualified with:
- BTEC Level 3 in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or
- City & Guilds equivalent or similar
