Sous Chef Patiala Fusion Kitchen
Location: Patiala Punjab
Experience: 35 years in fusion or Mediterranean cuisine
Style: Indo-Mediterranean Artisanal Bread Focus
Role Snapshot
Support a dynamic kitchen where bold flavors meet rustic baking. Work side-by-side with the Head Chef to ensure quality consistency and creativity shine through every dish.
Core Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and plating fusion dishes with Indian and global ingredients
Bake in-house breads and support daily dough prep
Maintain mise en place hygiene and kitchen efficiency
Train junior staff and uphold presentation standards
Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes
You Bring
Experience with Latin or Mediterranean kitchens
Solid baking skills (flatbreads sourdough etc.)
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy setup
Passion for fusion cuisine and willingness to learn
