Job Description
- Minimum 5-10 years hands on experience in wireless development/system engineering.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering or equivalent majors.
- Experience managing large-scale complex projects in a fast paced environment.
- A successful track-record or demonstrated aptitude as a Software Engineering Manager.
- Passion for diving into hard problems and guiding others to build novel solutions.
- Experience collaborating and providing feedback on technical architecture design while defining the long-term technical strategy.
- Actively coached and inspired a team of Software Engineers.
- Strong communications skills and experience in partner management.
- An understanding of the broader smart home market is beneficial.
- Certification and compliance experience is a plus.
