Job Description
The Apple Mobile & Messaging Apps team is seeking a iOS Engineer to provide great user experiences for our customers who are seeking to purchase or learn more about our products. Come help us build a shopping experience that only Apple could provide. Experience building and shipping iOS applications is required. You will work with versatile engineers in a dynamic technically demanding environment. Youll be expected to demonstrate creativity in problem solving with the ability to think quickly to come up with solution in time-condensed situations. You should be self-motivated and passionate about driving forward the customer experience with an eye for detail. We promote the ability for you to experiment with new Apple technologies that can have a strong impact on the applications our team produce -You will collaborate with many other groups internal team to deliver world-class products in an exciting fast-paced environment. -Collaborate with peers on technical design work estimation and implementation of new features. -Work with project managers and technical teams in a multi-functional environment to implement quality products that meet the business goals. -Collaborate with other engineers on code reviews internal infrastructure and process enhancements. - Continually improving software development processes and practices.
- 1-2 Years experience building & shipping iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Deep understanding of data structures algorithms design patterns enterprise architecture and software engineering principles
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to SwiftUI & Accessibility
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across many participating teams and a strong sense of project ownership
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements iOS and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
