Customer Representative Dutch English
Location: Mlaga Spain (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:0018:00 2 Saturdays/month
Start Date: ASAP
Languages: Dutch (C2/native) English (B2)
Contract Type: Full-time

What Youll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat

Provide product and service information in a clear and professional manner

Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure fast resolution

Record customer interactions accurately in the system

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every step
What Were Looking For

Native-level Dutch and strong English communication

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude

Great interpersonal skills and empathy

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
