Job Description

Were currently seeking a friendly flexible and motivated Medical Assistant who thrives in a pediatric setting and enjoys being part of a collaborative care team.
What Youll Do:
- Greet and support patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Take vital signs prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures
- Administer vaccines and medications under supervision
- Perform office-based tests and screenings
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Office Practicum experience is a plus!)
- Assist with inventory including vaccines and medical supplies
- Support front desk operations as needed (phones check-in scheduling)
- Help maintain a clean organized and child-friendly environment
What Were Looking For:
- CMA RMA (or currently enrolled in a medical program)
- experience administering vaccines to children and familiar with NCIR
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A compassionate team-oriented mindset
- BLS certification
- Reliable transportation
- Comfort with flexible hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- No weekends or holidays required!
