You will:
- Maintain contact with tourism travel agencies and other external providers to ensure transport and accommodation at the requested level in the case of business trips of the employees / partners;
- Maintain contact with employees who travel for work regarding accommodation vouchers performs check-ins. Ensure the travel planning of the employee responsible for the transport of staff/business partners from and to the airport/accommodation;
- Offer support for the manager in organizing small events within the company and draw up the annual calendar regarding social events and ensure their good functionality by communicating to the manager all the information regarding their structure;
- Receive shipments and ensure storage and inventory;
- Organize financial or administrative files both manually and electronically. Report all bills and invoices to the Manager;
- Elaborate and draft documents and situations required by the management. You will also provide administrative support for all departments of the company;
- Welcome visitors (clients business partners etc.) informs those who are interested in their arrival and leads the visitors to the respective persons ensuring the related protocol;
- Keep the confidentiality of all the data they have access to and provides protocol activity during meetings in accordance with daily requirements;
- Make sure that the manager receives the deduction documents sent by post in a timely manner to ensure the response is sent in due time;
- Manage and keep records of office and stationery materials for the office in Bucharest deduction documents (physically in the files) and receipt confirmations from bailiffs;

We ask:
- Previous relevant experience is a plus;
- English is a must;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software applications;
- Proactive attitude resourcefulness and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
