Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Design and Brand team in this role you will support various design-related tasks helping to ensure that our design processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be involved in maintaining design hygiene supporting localization efforts managing social media content and organizing our media and document library. If youre passionate about design and eager to gain real-world experience while studying wed love to hear from you!
- Design Hygiene Support: You assist in keeping our design platform Frontify up to date with the latest design assets and guidelines and ensure that design files are organized and adhere to established standards
- Localization Projects: You support the design team in adapting visual content for different regions and languages and coordinate with translation teams to ensure the timely delivery of localized assets
- Social Media Support: You assist in managing and curating social media content in alignment with our brand guidelines
- Document Library Management: You help to organize and manage the design teams document and media library by keeping documents easily accessible properly labeled and up to date
- Administrative Support: You provide general administrative assistance to the design team including scheduling document preparation and other tasks as assigned
Your fitness level
- Qualification: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Graphic Design Visual Arts Communication Design)
- Tools: You have basic knowledge of design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Figma)
- Skills: You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independency: You are able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Communication:You possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams
- Mindset: You are proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Master Design Hygiene: You quickly get up to speed with our design platform Frontify and ensure that all design assets and guidelines are consistently maintained and updated
- Support Localization Efforts: You effectively assist in adapting visual content for various regions and languages ensuring seamless coordination with translation teams for timely delivery of localized assets
- Enhance Social Media Content: You contribute to the management and curation of social media content aligning posts with our brands visual identity
