Join Liedekerkes Corporate & M&A Team Mid-Level Associate (35 Years Experience)
Location: Brussels (with the option to work from our Antwerp office up to 2 days/week)
Start date: As soon as possible
Are you ready to elevate your career in Corporate Law and M&A Were looking for a talented Dutch-speaking lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience to strengthen our Corporate and M&A team at Liedekerke.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Belgiums leading corporate practices and work on high-profile transactions with a diverse and prestigious client base.
Your Role
As a mid-level associate you will:
- Work on a wide array of transactions including M&A private equity venture capital and capital markets deals.
- Draft review and negotiate key transaction documents.
- Manage matters from start to finish with direct client interaction and increasing autonomy.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and borders including daily contact with international law firms.

What Were Looking For
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Are a native Dutch speaker fluent in English and proficient in French.
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate law and M&A.
- Hold a Belgian law degree; additional studies (LL.M. or advanced Masters in Corporate/Business Law) are a plus.
- Combine strong legal skills with a pragmatic business-oriented approach.
- Are proactive organised and able to handle tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a collaborative setting but also work well independently.
- Are eager to grow take initiative and make a tangible impact within the team.
