Location: Suburban Hospital Bethesda MD-Blood Bank
PRN/Day Shift / 7:00am-3:30pm
General Summary:
- Accurately performs routine and special clinical laboratory tests in one or more disciplines including quality control and equipment maintenance to ensure accurate results.
- Performs R&D activities and maintains quality control records.
- Assists in researching and resolving technical and operational problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Medical Technology or related discipline for Medical Technologist
- Documentation of minimum Laboratory CE points required per evaluation year
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: MT (ASCP) or equivalent relevant to the discipline
Experience:
- Three (3) years full time experience in the discipline; preferably the most recent two (2) years of experience at Suburban Hospital

Salary Range: Minimum 45.88/hour - Maximum 45.88/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
