Were looking for a confident talented leader to join our team reporting to the Professional Hygiene Commercial Director. Your role as Sales Manager will be to plan direct and monitor the sales teams activities. To identify business opportunities and secure achievement of established sales targets according to defined sales processes and strategy.

Our Professional Hygiene Business Unit includes operations in NorthAmerica and Europe selling primarily under the TORK brand. TORK is the leading global professional hygiene brand with sales in110 countries. The TORK brand offers professional hygiene productsand solutions to customers ranging from restaurants and healthcarefacilities to offices schools and industries. Products includedispensers paper towels toilet tissue soap napkins and industrialand kitchen wipers as well as intelligent washroom dispensingsystems.

This is a remote based role that be based anywhere in the UK.

What You Will Do

  • Direct and develop the sales organisation to maximize structure talent and results.
  • Coach team members to sharpen sales techniques and consistently exceed targets.
  • Translate business goals into actionable sales plans and oversee daily execution.
  • Forecast sales manage budgets and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
  • Optimise resource allocation using customer segmentation to boost efficiency.
  • Negotiate with key customers to secure strategic deals and long-term value.
  • Contribute to sales marketing pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Ensure customer profitability and long-term satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Play a key role in shaping strategic direction through data-driven insights.
