Modernization Department Center Agent
The Modernization Department Center (MDC) Agent is responsible for preparing the technical documentation required for all modernization projects. The MDC Agent works with various business groups to achieve an effiectent and on-time set of project proposals including but not limited to equipment personnel and building design/layout. The Modernization Department Center Agent is responsible for the procurement and installation of lift equipment across a variety of building locations and layouts. The Modernizations Department Center Agent must be familiar with exsiting electromechanical systems across a wide range of environments. The Modernization Department Center Agent must effectively manage their own activities to ensure conformance to tendered costs project plans and client specification for all modernization projects.
