Product owner Payments :
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Defining and prioritizing product backlogs collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyzing business processes related to SWIFT payments and ISO 20022. This includes translating requirements for technical teams. Documentation and Mapping: Documenting functional requirements mapping business requirements for ISO 20022 changes and developing detailed requirement documents and process flows. SWIFT Messaging Expertise: Having a deep understanding of SWIFT payments ISO 20022 standards and the MT to MX transition ensuring seamless system integration. Data Governance and Quality: Implementing management processes and standards to maintain accurate consistent and reliable data. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Working with product/business teams and end-users acting as a liaison between teams and engaging with stakeholders like technical teams and compliance officers to ensure alignment on ISO 20022 changes. Testing and Validation: Performing data analysis and coordinating with QA and UAT teams defining test cases validating outcomes and facilitating UAT. General Business Analysis: Analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for enhancement and developing detailed functional specifications for changes. Required Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role with custody securities business focus on payments and SWIFT ISO 20022 / ISO15022 projects including a deep understanding message types and related financial messaging protocols. Experience with payment systems financial messaging platforms business requirements gathering and documentation is also necessary. Strong analytical problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience in Agile methodologies
