Job Description:
Seeking a Retail Business Systems Analyst/Scrum resource with strong experience in financial systems within the retail domain agile methodology and Jira grooming. The candidate will drive small projects and ensure team deliverables are on track.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead small projects within the retail finance domain
- Collaborate in Agile teams and ensure tasks are completed
- Groom the Jira board and manage backlogs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and push for deliverables
- Attend and contribute to scrum ceremonies
Required Skills:
- Experience in Retail Industry
- Outgoing team-oriented personality
- Background with financial systems (GL AP AR budgeting forecasting)
- Agile experience
- Jira board grooming
- Proactive in pushing team accountability
Preferred Skills:
- Workday experience
