Job Description
Job Title: QA Support Analyst
Location: Tallahassee FL (50% onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Project Scope Summary:
Support manual and automated quality assurance efforts for systems integrating with a new ERP. Assist in test execution issue tracking and results documentation across a multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases and support automated testing efforts.
- Document test results defects and retest validations.
- Maintain detailed test logs and reports in coordination with test leads.
- Support defect triage and resolution processes.
- Assist with data validation and integration checks.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of QA experience in enterprise or public sector environments.
- Experience executing functional and regression tests.
- Strong attention to detail and structured documentation practices.
- Familiarity with financial/ERP systems and system integration testing.
