Work days/hours:shift rotating schedule 6am-6pm (A shift)
Onsite
Pay Rate: $20.00
Responsible for operating equipment in department safely and producing quality products per documentation. Perform quality checks changeovers SAP data entries and basic troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with quality systems policies procedures and best practices and all local state and federal safety regulations policies and procedures. Regular punctual attendance is an essential job function.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods which includes product inspection operating equipment raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning / sanitizing
Perform visual inspections
Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment
Perform changeovers line clearance and cleaning
Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks
Perform rework
Cross train where needed within the department to support the business
Maintain all quality and GMP standards
Perform needed SAP data entries
Require the use of 10x microscope calipers and/or other miscellaneous gauges
Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
Education:
High School diploma/GED preferred
Manufacturing experience is preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Work effectively on own or in a team atmosphere Proficient
Ability to maintain a neat clean and orderly work area Proficient
Willingness and ability to train others - Proficient
Teamwork Proficient
Organization skills detailed oriented Basic
