DescriptionAs a member of the Support organization your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Responsibilities- 5 to 12 yrs experience in Oracle APPS R12.1 & R12.2.X administration and upgrades - Candidate should be working Independently for all the EBS APPS and Cloud Admin activities end-to-end.
- Support the lifecycle management of business critical applications to include installing patches performing upgrades managing releases and administration tasks - Support the development and production environments of business critical applications by ensuring application availability responding to application emergencies and supporting deployments.
- APPS DBA with Hands-on experience on Oracle EBS 12.2.X upgrade - Hands-on experience working on Public Cloud management like OCI or Azure Infrastructure and provisioning - Experience in the implementation of RAC-ASM Multinode Application.
- Good experience on RAC and Standalone Database Installation Upgrade Migration & Monitor and continuous Support.
- Very good understanding on core database components and Performance tuning and Database experts.
- Experience ERP R12.2 and Oracle Database migration either on Cross platform or On Public Cloud like OCI and Azure - Hands-on experience in setting DR system like DG-ADG and High Availability (HA) environment.
- Experience with OEM 12C or 13C monitoring - Experience with backup/recovery for on-Prem and Cloud environment - Project Management Lifecycle methodology concepts.
- Hands-on with Database & Application Switch over and Failerover (DR DRILL)
- Working experience on IAM and IDM SSO will be added advantages.
- Knowledge and prior experience on Python Shell script and automation tools will be Plus to this role.
- Support the service by identifying the cause of customer or system escalations and by independently resolving all the issues related to the Oracle database middleware Oracle Applications and other products mentioned above.
