This role involves managing the front desk operations handling communication greeting guests and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Greet and welcome guests clients and vendors with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage incoming phone calls emails and messages; route them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and presentable.
Handle visitor log books issue visitor passes and maintain appointment schedules.
Coordinate with housekeeping admin and courier services as required.
Receive sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails letters packages etc.).
Maintain records and manage office stationery IDs and access cards.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to other departments.
Assist HR or Admin team during interviews walk-ins and events.
Ensure compliance with company protocols and security policies at the front desk.
Minimum 12th Pass; Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Office Management preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality and professional grooming.
