Job Description

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing the Monthly Parker Lockbox on a daily basis research items as needed
  • Assist in the reconciliation of the Monthly Parker Accounts
  • Provide online payment support to the field and customers
  • Provide assistance to field contacts and customers on Monthly Parker Topics
  • Assist with the NSF and collection programs
  • Assist the department as needed on research items

Qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of experience in the Accounting field preferred
  • Prior accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Must be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have an ability to compose basic written business communications
  • Should possess the ability to prioritize daily weekly and monthly tasks
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work closely with a team
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • 10-key experience
  • Proficiency in the IBM AS400 preferred
