The Retail Brand Manager is a bridge between the Retail Marketing business and the Marcom teams that execute against business strategy and objectives. Our team is looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in developing and managing complex innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition and increase awareness of Apples affordability programs. Were looking for someone who thrives in ever-changing dynamic environments and has the ability to navigate competing priorities. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the integration of Retail commercial program marketing efforts knitting together several functional teams across the organization including: Print/Graphic Design Interactive Video/Motion Graphics Advertising/Media Retail Marketing Merchandising Market Development Product Marketing Legal and customer loyalty and brand equity across digital and physical channels. Developing strategy and marketing plans facilitating creative execution leading presentations and navigating the approval process across multiple Retail programs across various teams requiring inputs from numerous partners.
4-7 years marketing communications experience within an ad agency design agency performance marketing agency and/or in-house marketing communications department.
Previous experience with commercial marketing which may include performance marketing e-commerce digital marketing demand generation marketing and/or Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
Experience developing strategy and marketing plans facilitating creative execution leading presentations and navigating the approval process across multiple partners and stakeholders.
Strategic creative resourceful adaptable and focused on results.
Ability to get results in a highly matrixed organization.
Expert-level communication and presentation skills.
Ability to proactively establish rapport credibility and influence.
Extremely detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skills with an ability to see the big picture.
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117400 and $221200 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
