Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Azusa CA. This role ensures efficient movement of goods timely communication with drivers and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented communicative and able to multitask under pressure.
Job Title: Warehouse Dispatcher
Location: Azusa CA
Pay Rate: $18$20/hr
Schedule: MondayFriday Open to Saturdays as needed
Benefits: Medical Dental AD&D (through Full Steam Staffing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities ensuring on-time departures and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with drivers warehouse staff and management
- Schedule routes and assign drivers based on workload and availability
- Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch times route logs and inventory movement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse documentation as needed
- Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding delivery and dispatch operations
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in dispatch logistics or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer systems and dispatch software (or willing to learn)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be open to working occasional Saturdays
