Job Description
Role: Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Salary: 36814 - 39004 (this includes sleep in allowance)
Location: Keswick
Note: No sponsorship for this job.

What Were Looking For
- Qualifications: Youve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
- Experience: Youve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.
- Passion: You bring energy resilience and a can-do attitude that inspires others to follow your lead.
