Your Responsibilities
Were looking for a Strategic Account Executive which plays a critical role in supporting DocuWares channel-led growth strategy and expanding company presence through partnerships with Authorized DocuWare Partners (ADPs). This role generates new revenue and boosts partner performance via business planning enablement and strategic sales execution.
This role is responsible for develops go-to-market strategies leads enablement programs and provides tailored support aligning with partner strengths and target markets. Utilizing a solution-selling approach the individual drives joint business planning and pipeline development helping partners acquire new customers expand existing accounts and achieve shared sales objectives.
For this position you will need to live in North Carolina Virgina West Virgina D.C. Maryland or Delaware.- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic execution with assigned partners including new partner acquisition and current partner expansion.
- Develop and implement joint business plans with ADPs to drive revenue growth customer retention and market expansion.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners aligning on revenue goals enablement milestones and sales outcomes.
- Lead sales and technical workshops for partners and facilitate end-user seminars to support deal closure.
- Manage partner onboarding certifications and product/solution training to ensure go-to-market readiness.
- Execute partner marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives tailored to target industries and partner capabilities.
- Maintain accurate partner activity and opportunity data within CRM (e.g. Dynamics 365).
- Provide weekly performance updates and forecasts to sales leadership identifying wins risks and action plans for underperforming partners.
What you need to succeed
- Ability to travel two weeks a year one week to our Beacon NY office for Quarterly Briefing week and one week a year to our DoucWorld event (locations vary).
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within territory.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years successful SaaS sales experience.
- Document management/document imaging software industry experience.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Superb presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills with ability to competently demonstrate software functionality.
- Ability to analyze business processes and to find individual solutions.
What we can offer
- $105000 to $135000 base plus commission (based on experience) no cap on compensation however OTE is expected range of $155000 to $225000.
