About The Team:
The Identity Resilience team at Rubrik tackles todays top identity security challenges. Were building a platform that goes far beyond simple visibility and monitoring to offer customers rapid remediation and recovery from identity-based threats.
As the companys fastest-growing business our success comes from relentless focus and execution. We are a 0-to-1 team where Product Managers are central leaders. Our Product Managers are hands-on guiding multidisciplinary teams to ship high-quality products on time wearing multiple hats through every stage of the lifecycle. We act as advocates for both our users and the business empowering our teams by balancing diverse perspectives to deliver significant business results through exceptional customer value.
About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager on our Identity Resilience team you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our activity monitoring threat detection and response offering. Your primary mission is to empower customers to track detect and revert any malicious activity or operational disruption in their identity systems. This will dramatically reduce their response and recovery time from attacks while ensuring compliance with security regulations.
This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of identity resilience by partnering closely with engineering design sales and Rubrik customers to deeply understand their challenges and bring a differentiated market-leading solution to life.
What youll do:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Identity activity monitoring alerting and forensics rewind ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead the development of rapid response and security features for identity platforms including Active Directory (AD) Entra ID Okta and others..
- Drive adoption and engagement of identity security features working closely with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and design marketing and sales to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Stay up to date on industry trends identity security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Define key success metrics and use data-driven insights to make product decisions.
- Represent the product internally and externally serving as a subject matter expert in enterprise identity security and protection.
Experience youll need:
- 5 years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on B2B enterprise cybersecurity or IAM Solutions.
- Experience in activity monitoring large data analysis threat detection and response.
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) security including hands-on experience with Active Directory Entra ID Okta AWS Identity Center or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex identity security concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- Demonstrated capability in taking products from concept (0 to 1) to achieving product-market fit and managing the product lifecycle through continuous iteration.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise customers pre and post-sales to identify and solve their IAM or security needs.
- Must be able to collaborate with teams in an international work environment.
