1. **Overseeing Warehouse Operations:**
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving storage.
2. **Inventory Management:**
- Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained and assess and optimize storage space utilization.
Train and manage warehouse staff overseeing scheduling and task assignments.
- Enforce safety standards and regulations providing proper training to staff on safety procedures.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
6. **Budget Management:**
- Manage the warehouse budget allocate resources effectively and control costs while maintaining financial reporting accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
8. **Reporting:**
- Generate regular reports on warehouse operations including inventory levels productivity and financial performance.
9. **Technology and Automation:**
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation systems to enhance warehouse operations.
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
